The scheme will be open on January 1 and the last day to apply is January 22, 2024. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has announced that it is inviting applications for the allotment of mixed land use plots in Sector 24 under the scheme code: MLU-2023-24/09.

Applications are being accepted by the YEIDA for eight plots, which are described in the scheme document as mix-use plots in Sector 24 of the Yamuna expressway Industrial Development Authority with a minimum area of 40,000 square metres and above. Eight categories of plots based on size have been promoted by YEIDA, each with a different allotment rate per square kilometre that includes PLC. Additionally, YEIDA has stated that there could be a rise or fall in the number of plots in the aforementioned categories.

How to apply online:

• The scheme brochure can be downloaded from the Authority’s website www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com and can be submitted online through Nivesh Mitra portal www.niveshmitra.up.nic.in with all necessary documents.
• Non-refundable/non-adjustable processing fee of Rs 25,000/- (Twenty five Thousand only) plus applicable GST shall be deposited through online portal of YEIDA or RTGS/NEFT by generating Challan from the Nivesh Mitra portal.
• Adjustable/refundable amount equal to 10 percent of total Premium of the plot for which the application is being uploaded. The amount shall be deposited through online portal of YEIDA or RTGS/NEFT by generating Challan from the Nivesh Mitra portal.
• In cases where applications for the plots mentioned in the brochure are not received, then according to the Roll over policy, the last date to submit applications can be extended twice for a period of seven days each. Subsequently, the allocation process will be carried out for the received applications based on Objective Parameter as per the specified policy of YEIDA.
